Who can join the VIP Club?
The VIP Club is invite-only and designed for higher-tier players (typically Levels 6-11). Invitations are discretionary and consider gameplay quality and account standing.
How do I become a VIP?
Earn Points by wagering on Casino and Sports. From Level 6 upward you may be evaluated for a VIP invite. Reaching a threshold doesn’t guarantee an invite since there are other criteria to be considered.
Is there a timeframe for qualifying as a VIP?
To qualify for VIP status, you need to reach the level requirements within 3-6 months of your first deposit.
How do Points work?
Points are awarded based on the type of gameplay (e.g. Slots, Other Casino Games, Sports).Earning points is as easy as placing wagers on your favorite games. Does reaching a level auto-unlock VIP?
VIP invitation is discretionary and may require extra verification, reaching a level doesn’t auto-unlock VIP or its benefits.
Do I keep my VIP status forever?
VIP status is activity-based. We review accounts on a rolling three-month basis. If you’re inactive for longer than three months or your play drops below your tier’s expectation, we may pause VIP benefits for that month or adjust your tier until activity picks up again.
Can the VIP program change?
Yes. Levels, thresholds, rewards, and mechanics may be amended or withdrawn. The live VIP page is the current version.

VIP Transfer Program
I'm a VIP at another casino - can you match me?
We may match/map your status after a documented review of recent activity/limits. Matching is discretionary and may include trial periods or minimum-activity targets.
How do I apply for a VIP transfer?
Send your request to your VIP Manager. We’ll ask for a short screen-recorded video from your current casino account showing the last six months of activity (deposits, turnover, win/loss) and the bonuses/rewards you’ve received. The video must be unedited and clearly show your account details and the navigation to those pages. We’ll review and confirm whether we can match or map your status.
Bonus Wagering & Rules
Do VIP bonuses have wagering or expiry?
Some do. Each offer displays its own wagering, contribution rules, game eligibility, caps, and expiry. Unused bonuses may expire.
Which games count toward wagering?
Contribution varies by game/provider and product; some are reduced or excluded (e.g., certain live tables or sports markets). Always check the specific promo terms.
What counts as abuse?
Hedging/zero-risk betting, collusion, multi-accounting, or other exploitation may void bonuses and result in loss of VIP status.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment
1.1 The VIP Club is invite-only and designed for players who reach higher loyalty levels. Invitation is at our discretion and may require additional verification checks.
1.2 Reaching a points or wagering threshold does not guarantee an invitation. We consider gameplay quality and risk.
2. How to Become a VIP
2.1 Earn Points by wagering on Casino and Sports. Points determine your overall level; VIP invitations are evaluated from Level 6 upward.
2.2 Current points crediting:
(i) Slots: 3 points per €1 wagered
(ii) Other Casino games: 2 points per €1 wagered
(iii) Sports: 6 points per €1 wagered
2.3 Voided bets, cashed-out bets, opposite/hedged outcomes, canceled markets, and wagers placed with bonus funds may not count toward points. We may exclude specific games, providers, or bet types from points or VIP evaluation.

4. Maintaining VIP Status (Rolling Activity Rule)
4.1 VIP status and benefits are based on recent activity. We apply a rolling three-month review of gameplay (e.g., turnover, net position, engagement).
4.2 If a VIP is inactive for longer than three months or does not maintain the expected level of play for their tier, we may suspend VIP benefits for the current month and/or downgrade status until activity returns.
4.3 Once activity resumes to the relevant tier level, VIP benefits may be reinstated at our discretion following review.
5. VIP Rewards Overview
Eligible VIPs may receive some or all of the below, scaled by level and activity.
5.1 Cashback
5.1.1 Cashback offers a percentage of your net losses back in cash, depending on your VIP level and weekly net losses.
5.1.2 You are eligible for weekly cashback ranging from 5% to 20%, depending on your level. The cashback percentage increases as you advance through the levels, with Level 10 players receiving 20% cashback, for example.
5.1.3 Exclusions: Certain games, bet types, system abuse, void/canceled outcomes, and account adjustments may be excluded from net-loss calculations.
5.1.4 Cashback cannot exceed a maximum of 30% of a player's lifetime value.
5.2 Rakeback (Daily)
5.2.1 Rakeback is a reward system where you receive a percentage of your wagering on Lucky Block back in cash.
5.2.2 The rakeback is a percentage of your total wagered amount that is automatically returned to you in cash, with no wagering requirement attached.
5.2.3 Once you reach level 3 up to level 7, you are eligible for a percentage of rakeback for every €1,000 wagered.
5.2.4 Once you reach level 8 and above, you are eligible for a percentage of rakeback up to €40 for every €10,000 wagered.
5.2.5 Some game categories DO NOT contribute to the wagering for the rakeback: all Baccarat, all Roulette, Crash, Scratch, and Dice games are excluded.

5.3 Top-Up Bonuses & Free/Super Spins

5.4 Exclusive Missions, Tournaments & Events
5.4.1 Access to exclusive missions/tournaments, special prize pools, hospitality, and invite-only events may be offered at higher tiers (typically Level 8+), subject to availability.
5.5 Prioritised Withdrawals
5.5.1 Higher tiers (typically Level 9+) receive expedited withdrawals, subject to AML/KYC checks and payment processor availability.
5.6 Dedicated VIP Manager
5.6.1 From Level 9+ (and at our discretion earlier), you may be assigned a Dedicated VIP Manager.
6. What Your VIP Manager Can Do For You

6.3 Facilitate faster case routing for withdrawals.
6.4 Arrange VIP transfer evaluations and account-level service issues.

7. When Do You Get a VIP Manager
7.1 Typically assigned at Level 9 (Royal) and above, or earlier at our discretion based on activity, tenure, and risk profile.
7.2 Assignment may change during leave or coverage periods.
8. VIP Transfer Program
8.1 Already VIP elsewhere? We may match or map your current VIP level after a documented review (evidence of recent activity/limits required). Matching is discretionary and may include trial periods and minimum activity targets.
8.2 To assess a VIP transfer request, we require a short screen-recorded video captured from the original casino account showing:
(i) Statistics for the past six (6) months (e.g., deposits, turnover, win/loss)
(ii) Bonuses/rewards received during that period
8.3 The recording must be uncut, clearly showing the account username/ID and the site’s navigation to the relevant history pages. Acceptable formats: .mp4 or .mov.
8.4 Please share the file securely with your VIP Manager. We may request further evidence at our discretion.
8.5 Submissions are reviewed case-by-case; a match or mapping of status is not guaranteed and may include trial periods or minimum activity targets.
9. General Bonus Rules (for VIP Credits)
9.1 Expiry: Many bonuses/free spins have time limits (e.g., 7–14 days). Always check the promo card before activating.
9.2 Wagering: If wagering applies, it must be completed within the stated timeframe.
9.3 Contribution: Some games/bets contribute differently or are excluded from wagering; live table games and certain sports markets may contribute less than slots. (See each promo’s specific terms.)
9.4 Abuse: Hedging, low-risk/zero-risk betting, collusion, multi-accounting, and other advantage play voids bonuses and may remove VIP status.
10. Points, Product Contributions & Leveling
10.1 Points are awarded per product as set out in Section 2 (and may change).
10.2 Slots generally accrue points faster than other casino games; Sports accrues at a different rate.
10.3 We may run promotional multipliers for specific providers/games/sports.
10.4 Level increases can take up to 24 hours to display. Retroactive changes or corrections may occur after audits.
11. Compliance, Reviews & Status Changes
11.1 We review VIP accounts regularly for safer gambling, AML, and risk.
11.2 We may suspend, downgrade, or remove VIP status and/or specific benefits at any time for responsible-gaming concerns, account misuse, compliance flags, or inactivity.
12. Program Changes
12.1 The VIP Club, levels, thresholds, rewards, and mechanics may be amended or withdrawn at our discretion.
